Little Coombe Villa - St Ives (Cornwall)

The villa was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was just a short walk from a fine beach with golden sand and waves perfect for bodyboarding. The location was peaceful and offered lovely views. The owner was responsive and helpful, providing fantastic recommendations for activities on rainy days. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this villa to others.

Mind-blowingly equipped holiday home with super responsive owners. Jaw-dropping location near gorgeous Carbis Bay beach, delicious restaurants, and a quick drive to vibrant St Ives. Supermarket close by. So impressed with the cleanliness, views, and convenient parking. The house had everything we needed for a truly enjoyable stay. WiFi, off-site car park, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and more made our stay even better. The nearby activities like hiking, cycling, fishing, and snorkelling were a great bonus. Can't wait to come back again!

Our recent stay at Little Coombe was perfect. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and filled with natural light. We enjoyed plenty of hot water and the cozy evenings with the heating on. The selection of DVDs and access to a smart TV added to our entertainment. The location was ideal, with a lovely walk downhill to the beach and restaurant, and a short trip to the supermarket and a fantastic vegan restaurant. The bay and view from the house were amazing.

Had a fantastic family holiday at this well-equipped Carbis Bay home. The owners were responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect – just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants, including the Carbis Bay Hotel and a lovely tapas restaurant. Supermarket was a short drive away. Only 5 minutes by car or a scenic 30-minute walk to central St Ives. Great place to stay with plenty to do even on rainy days. Thank you!

We had a fantastic family holiday at Little Coombe Villa in Carbis Bay. the house was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were responsive and helpful throughout. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach and some great local restaurants. It was also a convenient distance from central St Ives, where we enjoyed exploring the galleries, restaurants, and stunning walks. Paul, the owner, had some excellent recommendations for rainy days. The bathroom was amazing - it had both a shower and a bath! I felt so pampered and relaxed. As a guest with disabilities, having options like this makes a huge difference in my comfort and enjoyment.

I personally found the bathroom a bit small, but others might still love it.

I had a fantastic time staying at Beachside Guest House in St Ives. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a lovely garden and free WiFi. The location was perfect, close to Carbis Bay and within easy reach of Porthminster Beach.

Oh, and let's not forget the charming "kitchenware" provided. I mean, who needs matching plates and utensils when you can have a mishmash of random things?

Guests have the freedom to explore dining options and enjoy the flexibility of not having breakfast provided.

The check-out time of 8am could be improved, as a later check-out time would be more convenient.

There was a minor issue with the combi boiler losing pressure, but it was promptly addressed by the responsive team. However, a gate at the steps would have been helpful to prevent pets from escaping.
